The platform supports both manual entry and barcode scanning of items, accommodating a range of scanning options including the built-in camera, Socket Mobile barcode scanner, or the integrated scanner on Zebra TC5x devices. This comprehensive collection of applications seamlessly integrates with the Epicor Eagle system to ensure real-time operational efficiency.

It is important to note that operational requirements include Epicor Eagle Level 27 or higher along with role-based security. A Wi-Fi or mobile wireless internet connection is also necessary. For specific functionalities, such as serial number tracking within physical inventory, Epicor Eagle Level 27.1 is mandated; for serial number capture during purchase order receiving, Epicor Eagle Level 29 is required; and for local or direct label printing, users must have Epicor Eagle Level 29.1.
